Why is it important to learn about advocacy when fewer and fewer cases are going to trial? Is there really something that can be learned that will be of value to today’s lawyers? This webcast will explore the relevance of advocacy training and the benefits that such training yields.

Exploring the basic premise that communication is critical to being an effective lawyer, this presentation will explore the application of traditional advocacy skills to activities routinely performed by lawyers outside of a courtroom context.
