The Study Abroad Competitive Scholarship is funded by the $4 International Education Fee that all Texas Tech students pay every semester. The scholarship is competitive and money is awarded to TTU students who will study abroad on Texas Tech approved programs, like our Lithuania Study Abroad Program or out various Exchange Programs with Australia, Denmark, Germany, France, and Lithuania.

Roughly 75% of SACS applicants receive a scholarship award ranging from $250 to $750 for summer programs and $750 to $3,000 for semester programs.
