Career Services, the State Bar of Texas and Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA) are providing a Saturday workshop to assist new graduates in establishing a Solo Practice. It will be from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm in Room 202.
It will be led by Kay Fletcher, former Associate Dean of Texas Tech University School of Law.
Attendees will receive a flash drive with materials from the TYLA entitled “Law Office in a Flash” at the close of the session.
The program will include specific instruction and discussion from members of the bar who opened solo practice firms and/or work in solo or small firms and special information from LexisNexis and Westlaw regarding special access and pricing from those services.
Students must RSVP to this program by April 3. Lunch will be provided.
