Telecommunications staff will move all Lync 2010 customers to the new Lync Server 2013 platform starting on Monday, November 11th, 2013, at 7:00 pm through Tuesday, November 12th, 2013, at 7:00 am. If you are connected while your account is being moved, you will be briefly disconnected, and then your Lync software will automatically sign you back in again.
During this time, the following services (features) will also move to Lync Server 2013:
• Response Groups
• Courtesy Phones
In addition, you will not be able to use the eRaider Account Management system (eraider.ttu.edu) for password changes, account activations, and eRaider-managed service activations from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm - during the first two hours of the maintenance window.
Note that applications that use eRaider to manage access, will not be affected by this update. We appreciate your partnership as we work to provide robust IT services for the campus community.
