Equal Justice Works Virtual Career Fair (Oct. 16-18) – Registration Open

The Equal Justice Works Career Fair is the largest national public interest legal career fair, bringing together public interest employers and dedicated law students under one virtual roof. Learn more here: About - Equal Justice Works

REGISTRATION

Law student registration is open beginning August 11 at 12:00 p.m. ET. You can view the list of participating employers here: https://www.equaljusticeworks.org/conference-and-career-fair/registered-employers/. This is not a final list; employers are still registering for this year's event.

If you are interested in participating, the law school will cover your fee. Please email Kayla Wimberley or Saige Lee to receive a code prior to submitting your registration.

All event activities will take place in and be accessible via the Flo Recruit career fair database. You will not be able to view and/or apply for available positions until you have registered for the event. You will receive a separate email containing your Flo Recruit login details within 1-2 business days of registering (excluding holidays and weekends). Once you have received your login details, you will be able to view and apply for available positions. Please note: All deadlines referenced are in Eastern Time (ET).

Prescheduled Interviews

Students are encouraged to apply for jobs and interviews with several organizations during the prescheduled interview application period (August 11, 2025 - September 19, 2025). This year, all interviews will be 20 minutes long with a 10-minute break between each interview. Interviews will be conducted virtually via the legal hiring platform, Flo Recruit. This year's list of participating employers can be found here.

Table Talk-Only Opportunities

Even if you do not get the interview(s) you were hoping for, there will still be multiple opportunities throughout the career fair to speak with employers outside of formal interview times. Attendees will sign up for employer "table talk" times in October.

Please note: Prescheduled interviews will not take place during these times.

Important Dates

Student Registration Opens: August 11 at 12:00 p.m. Student and recent graduate registration will open.

Prescheduled Interview Application Deadline: September 19 at 12:00 p.m. Students must apply for prescheduled interviews (i.e., available positions). Employers will then have time to submit their interview selections.
