Loyola Patent Virtual Interview Program – June 5 & 6 – Registration Open Through April 14
Registration for the Loyola Patent Law Interview Program is now open through April 14 for Rising 2L & 3L Students (Classes of 2026 & 2027). The Loyola Patent Law Interview Program is a two-day interview program held each year that brings together patent law employers and law students from across the country to interview for summer associate positions and post-graduate employment.
Interviews will take place virtually on Thursday and Friday, June 5 & 6, 2025. This event has a long history of connecting patent law employers with talented law students from across the country for summer associate and post-graduate employment. In 2024, 170 employers, 150 law schools, and approximately 1,100 law students participated. The program is entirely pre-selected, which means that students apply online for interviews with the employers they are interested in, and employers review their applications and select who to interview.
It is not required that students be patent bar eligible to register for the program; however, many employers require patent bar eligibility as a qualification for applying for interviews, and most employers strongly prefer patent bar eligible students. For more information on eligibility for the patent bar, please refer to the General Requirements Bulletin from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
