The United Supermarkets Pharmacy will be on-site Thursday, October 24 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm for flu, shingles, and COVID vaccines in Lanier 152. Consent form must be filled out and copy of medical insurance provided before receiving vaccine. Some things to consider:
- Many of the non-TTU insurances will also cover flu shots.
- Please wear comfortable clothes with easy access to your upper arm.
- CDC recommends an annual flu shot for everyone age 6 months and older.
- Getting the flu is responsible for 33,000 to 49,000 deaths in the United States each year.
Consent forms will be printed and available from the Office for Student Life.
