Career Services is preparing a Diversity Resume Book for marketing students to employers at Alumni Receptions and Continuing Legal Education events. You are invited to submit your resume for the Resume Book via Symplicity. Bidding for will close on Tuesday, September 8 at midnight.
The Diversity Resume Book includes credentials of self-selected students and recent graduates who identify as diverse or who have a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community.
To Participate in the Resume Book:
- Login to Texas Tech Law School Symplicity at https://law-ttu-csm.symplicity.com/students.
- Click on the [ OCI ] tab on the top navigation bar.
- Filter the session list by selecting [ Diversity Resume Book ] from the [ Session ] drop-down menu
- Click “Review” for employer “Resume Book.” You will be redirected to a page that explains information about the position and what materials you will select for your participation.
- Under “Bid Details” on the right-hand side of the webpage, select the documents you wish to include in your application. *** Upload your Career Preference Form in the Cover Letter category.
a. You must have already uploaded these documents under the “My Documents” tab on the top navigation bar.
- Click “Apply”
Use the Preference Form as a “Cover Letter” upload in Symplicity. The Preference Form allows you to specify your individual job interests in practice areas and geography and it allows plenty of space for you to describe your special attributes. Traditional cover letters are not acceptable for resume book marketing. Please submit your Preference Form instead.
