Students planning to take the February 2016 Texas bar exam should note the following:
1) Your bar application is due on August 30. File your application online at www.ble.state.tx.us. Late applications will be accepted through October 30, but a $150 late fee will apply.
2) The February 2016 bar exam will be administered ONLY in Austin. Blocks of hotel rooms have been reserved. More information is available at http://www.ble.state.tx.us/ExaminationInfoPage/exam_sites_Feb.htm.
3) You should already have filed your Declaration of Intention to Study Law (it was due when you were a 1L). If you haven't filed yours, please drop everything and do it now. File online at www.ble.state.tx.us.
