Civil Litigation Experience and Pro Bono Work Opportunity
Professor Dustin Benham is looking for 4-6 students who would like to have a positive impact on the community by participating in pro bono civil litigation.  The Civil Justice Initiative will work during the 2015-2016 academic year to assist indigent and disadvantaged individuals with no access to quality legal representation.  Participating students will not earn course credit but may earn pro bono hours that count toward Tech Law pro bono awards and State Bar recognition.

The successful applicant will be a 2L or 3L during the 2015-2016 academic year (current 1L or 2L).  The Initiative seeks students with a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets.  Writers, courtroom advocates, procedure nerds, client counselors, and team players are all welcome.

Return the form in Word or PDF format to dbenham@benhamlaw.com no later than April 22, 2015, at 5:00 pm.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Professor Benham by email or via cell phone at 214-729-2159.
