The Tech Law Military Association (TLMA) is participating in the Bataan Memorial Death March (
http://www.bataanmarch.com) with the Texas Tech ROTC Battalion, over the weekend of March 21-22.
The event is akin to a military themed fun-run, formatted as a 14 or 26 mile run/walk. Many participants wear a rucksack (backpack) weighted with food to be donated up to 35 pounds. Hiking boots and hydration packs are the norm (we have extra equipment if needed). The event is held at the White Sands Missile Range; transportation and lodging will be provided.
