Complex Litigation is an advanced civil procedure course that will be offered in spring semester 2015. It is a 4-credit hour course that puts emphasis on litigation in federal courts, class actions, multi-district litigation, res judicata, and major types of complex litigation. It is taught by Professor Weninger.
Complex Litigation is a limited-enrollment course. If you are interested in taking the course and getting on the wait-list, please do so by visiting with Robyn Lamb in the Registrar's Office in the administrative section of the law school.
